Part Replacement

To all our customers:

If you find any missing or damaged parts after opening the product packaging, we will be happy to replace them free of charge.

However, if any parts are damaged during assembly, we recommend first trying to repair the damaged parts with glue — in most cases, this should solve the issue. If the parts are difficult to repair or have been lost, feel free to contact us for a replacement. You will only need to pay for the shipping cost, and the new parts will be delivered within 2-3 weeks.
