Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
We offer a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 days from the date of receipt to request a return. The returned item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags intact and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Items purchased through final sale promotions
- Opened or used kits, which cannot be returned due to hygiene or resale restrictions
Return Process
Please follow these steps to complete your return:
- Repack the item, ensuring that tags and labels remain attached to the product.
- Email us at info@bertaly.com, providing your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Note: If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions on how to ship the item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a product defect or an error made by Bertaly, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved refunds will be issued within 3-7 business days back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order was damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@bertaly.com. When contacting us, please provide the following information: your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the situation and work with the carrier to provide an appropriate solution, including replacements or refunds (if applicable).
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, size, or style, please place a new order and return the original item according to this policy.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. However, cancellation is not guaranteed if the order has already been processed, produced, packed, or shipped.
