At Bertaly, we are committed to providing a smooth and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Please review the following shipping policy:

Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after receiving the order confirmation email (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive another email with tracking information.

During peak seasons, promotions, or high order volumes, processing times may be extended. If the processing time exceeds the normal range, we will notify you by email.

Order Cutoff Time, Weekends, and Holidays

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During certain holidays, shipping carriers may not pick up or deliver packages, which may affect the estimated delivery time.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping options and fees will be displayed at checkout and are calculated based on your order total and destination. Our standard shipping rates are as follows:

Standard Shipping: Orders between $1.00 and $68.99 have a shipping cost of $9.90.
Free Standard Shipping: Free shipping on orders of $69.00 or more.
Expedited Shipping: $19.90

If your order qualifies for free shipping, free standard shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

Shipping Time

Standard Shipping: 6-12 business days
Expedited Shipping: 5-7 business days

Delivery times are calculated from the shipment date, not from the order date. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or holiday peak periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to become available. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@bertaly.com.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping to other countries is not supported at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately at info@bertaly.com. When contacting us, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the situation and provide assistance in accordance with our policies.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability and logistics requirements. In such cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers. No additional shipping fees will be charged beyond the amount shown at checkout.
